WSP Environment & Energy is dedicated to providing competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Mentoring
Each WSP Environment & Energy professional receives a senior-level mentor who provides him or her with career guidance and conducts a formal review twice per year. During reviews, WSP Environment & Energy's professionals are measured against a comprehensive set of skill requirements based on their level and technical discipline. Professionals are promoted based on demonstrated competence, not the number of years of experience they have. Each professional also is assigned a buddy to assist him or her with administrative issues.
Continuous Improvement Cycle
WSP Environment & Energy sees the continuous improvement cycle as the foundation on which the growth and development of the company are based. The more WSP Environment & Energy works to improve the quality of its employees, the more satisfied its clients will be. This will cause them to provide WSP Environment & Energy with more and varied projects, which will provide WSP Environment & Energy's employees with new and diverse challenges and growth opportunities.
